Controlling PMS by Quanda R. Graves (Until)

When I was a little girl around the age of twelve that is when I began my “monthly” or shall I say “my ladies days” and it was not fun for me at all. My symptoms were heavy bloating, very bad stomach cramps, any ache you could think of, loss of appetite, a draining feeling, unbelievable fatigue, and I would just become purely exhausted. I couldn’t believe that I had to go through all of this when “aunt flow” came to visit. Not to mention I would become very mean with crazy uncontrollable mood swings.

I would have to stay in bed for three days curled up in a fetus position, drink tea and take my Midol with in hopes it would rescue me and most of the time that did the trick, for awhile. But for those who don’t know, all of that stems from the ever most lovely PMS.  What a horrible way to feel. And it takes so much energy from you. I know you want a better way of living in regard to this right?

Ladies you need to know you don’t have to have those symptoms if you take a moment to read upon the things to better assist you through that time. For instance, it’s all about what you eat and how you eat before it comes, if you’re exercising or taking any vitamins.  Which brings me to the book called Controlling PMS (natural remedies for better living) by David Hazard. See, I’ve always believed that pills/drugs are not always the way to go, besides they come with side affects, try something natural for a change.

These are few things he touches on; Cleansing your mind, empowering your spirit, the PMS diet, nature’s apothecary, finding balance and so on. Listen, I’m all for you to be happy. The book  has a hundred and eight pages, very easy to read and you’ll be done in no time. Take a moment for yourself, you deserve it. I knew I did.

 Love Until.
