How to Deal with a Break-up

I’ve read a few articles on “How to deal with a break-up” and I’m not saying they’re wrong, after all who am I? But, what I will say is that to me they do write from some cookie cutter sheet idea to universally speak to you about the matters of the heart, and the way I feel, honestly, is that if you’ve never personally dealt with heart break (a break-up) you wouldn’t have the first clue as to know how to or what to do.

Now, let’s be clear, I don’t profess to be some “How to deal with a break-up” Guru but I can share with you some tips that best worked for me and a few of my friends; however please know that you have to want to move forward and push through the pain to progress into success. See tips below:

How to deal with a break-up tips:
*  Meditate/Pray (This helps nature to run its course, must release pain, keeps the mind healthy.)

*  Exercise (Release stress to feel better and endorphins for a little more happiness.)

*  Hobby (To keep busy, occupied, an idle mind is the devil’s play pin.)

*  Girls/Boys night out (Healthy company, fun with friends, laughing and discussing what you want to get off your chest is freeing.)

*  Massage (To help your body relax from the tension emotional stress can cause.)

*  Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest (Keeps you overall energetic, up beat and positive to stay optimistic as you plan for your next step to move forward.)

So there you have it ladies and gentlemen, just a few tips to get you started to your new beginning and remember, “Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” ~ Dalai Lama
